Swedish Bhairavi Says: “It is a process…”
Ji En dag i taget- in Swedish, it means one day at a time.
That’s what we have.
Each day starts anew, giving you the chance to make your world, make your day, make your life.
As a seeker of truth, of knowledge and liberation, if you put in the effort of doing the Siddha Tantra practices, you will reap the benefits.
In the live session of the Vajra Dhyana course, I could sense that with every practice we went through and tried out together, many of the participants started to form the idea and began to get a better grasp of why these practices could be important for further Tantra practices - and how they can benefit the day-to-day life.
I find that beautiful. And that is why we want seekers to actively practice, with respect and reverence- so that they can get a sense, get a taste. So that the body, mind, and beyond can start to create tentacles for understanding Tantra and the rituals.
It’s in these time-tested practices that you experiment on yourself, and that is what sets you apart from others being bystanders- just doing mental guessing and mental jugglery about what Tantra is or is not.
Build your eligibility to become a practitioner.
Be a practitioner and see for yourself.
And yes we all have different lives and day-to-day realities. Life is going to make you busy- busy in actions, busy in thoughts, busy in duties. This Māyā world is going to distract you- lovingly and gracefully cunning, she will make you follow the current inertia.
Nobody is going to hand you the perfect time to practice, or the perfect setup without any hurdles or distractions- just like that. Before you are aligned fully, you will have to swim upstream. You will have to make the effort to make the time, to take the time.
Be steadfast as well as light and malleable- so that you can handle hurdles and hindrances with grace and self-compassion. Then you can be open enough to find ways to practice, to find solutions. And the world and Shakti will help you along the way.
And speaking of help from Shakti and the world, I want to take a moment here to thank all the participants in this course. With your presence, questions, and vibrations, we also get to journey with you. I also get the privilege of listening to the beautiful talks and golden nuggets that arise through our association together.
These spaces we create together are not small things.
They bring beautiful meaningful insights and smriti, memories to the surface, memories of my own path, of lessons given with grace.
A Himalayan MahaSiddha once told me- when he wanted to remind me to make the most of our time together.. “These days will never come back the same again.”
I didn’t quite understand it at the time. But now, years later, through interacting with all of you and what you go through, I see what he meant. The meetings and encounters are valuable, and indeed, time is passing by.
Let’s not keep looping in our own limited cocoons, we have spun those threads for long enough.
Make the most of it, dear souls, while the wisdom of the Siddhas is becoming more and more available and diverse. While you have the beautiful potential.
Let’s expand and reach the snowclad crystal mountains of Kailāśa.
With love,
Swedish Bhairavi
