Swedish Bhairavi Says: “At the Edge of Beginning”
There is something we have been noticing more and more. It comes in different ways. A comment under a video. A quiet message. An email that begins a little bit shaky.
Sometimes it is someone who says they just found us. And sometimes… it is someone who has been there for a long time. Watching. Listening. Resonating. From a distance.
There are many of you who have been with us like this for quite some time.
Taking part… but silently. Present… but just outside the periphery.
We see you and it is beautiful in its own way. In Swedish we call this “kurragömma”…, a form of hide and seek..
We remember when we started sharing online. A simple old iPhone, a wired mic that would play amusing distortion games with us, sometimes distorting, sometimes cooperating. We were moving from place to place, almost like banjaras… temporary, shifting, figuring things out as we went.
No grand setup, we simply started and somehow through all of that something reached you.
Even through distortion, even through simplicity. That says something.
Many who now reach out share something similar…“I have been following for a long time…” or “I have been meaning to write…” or “I don’t know why I didn’t reach out earlier…”
And it brings up an important reflection. What is the biggest hindrance in Siddha Tantra?
One might think it is discipline.
Or time.
Or complexity of practices.
Or lack of guidance, familiarity or associations..?
What we are seeing again and again…Is something much simpler. It is to never start. No step taken. No word uttered. No vibration allowed to move. No spanda.
And when there is no movement…there is no creation, no tangible transmission between realms and dimensions, no unfolding.
Why does this happen? There could be many reasons of course..
Some feel they are not ready. That they are not “good enough” yet. That they must refine themselves first become clearer, stronger, more stable…and then step forward. As if they must arrive somewhere before beginning the journey.
But this won’t really be to your benefit. The journey itself refines you.
Some are unsure of what this is. What is Siddha Tantra? What does it mean to be in contact with us, train with us? Here in Sweden, in Europe…as global people and beings.
That we are available is still something new. A real stream… becoming available slowly. In English. With practices that meet the life you are living here, and still… undiluted.
It can feel unfamiliar. Even a little strange. So you watch. You listen. You wait.
Sometimes… it is simply timing, the place or life circumstances, perhaps the inner state.
There is a grace in taking things slowly, and there is also a grace in jumping on the train, no matter how long the journey will be. Both exist.
The sooner you begin though, the more you can journey. You do not need to be perfect, or whole, or the best version of yourself to show yourself to us. Come with your cracked up voice, crooked teeth, perhaps hurt heart.
Just… begin.
Those of you who are reaching out now…Before things become more visible. Before it becomes something “known”… something others start talking about…There is something in you that moves differently.
A certain openness and willingness to explore, perhaps a slightly quirky being, not entirely shaped by the usual patterns and you are thus able to hear something real. Even through a distorted, slightly moody microphone!
There is a connection there and we are genuinely glad you are here. Those who are writing, joining, curious to see. It makes everything we are doing worth it.
And to those who are still quiet. We know you are there, reading, listening, smiling perhaps, feeling something soften. Maybe even singing along with us sometimes, because something here feels real and that realness is reflecting something everlasting that you yourself are made of.
We are here and we will meet you…when you are ready and the time, place and circumstance allows.
Until then, we will continue like this, finding different ways to share and offer. We do that for you, deliberately dancing and prancing around publicly for some time more.
With love,
Swedish Bhairavi
