Ātma Bhāva Mudrā

6 Weeks Self‑Adoration Journey

Soft Entry Into Healing, Abundance & Devotion

Starting 1st November

  • A gentle, authentic on‑ramp to devotion for newcomers and skeptics—rooted in the Siddha Dharma. We begin with unconditional friendliness toward the self, kindle compassion, and let that warmth naturally flow into giving (dāna/seva) and reverence.

    • You’re curious about Tantra but prefer a soft, respectful entry without pressure to “believe”.

    • You want a daily, doable 5–15 minute practice that uplifts mood and conduct.

    • You feel drawn to beauty as practice—flowers, light, song, praise.

    • You wish to cultivate giving as a natural habit, not a performance.

    • You value lineage integrity and authentic Siddha guidance.

      • A reliable mirror‑gaze + gratitude ritual that’s easy to keep.

      • A small reflection corner (altar‑lite) you can maintain at home.

      • Emotional alchemy tools (journaling + safe burn ritual) for humility and softness.

      • Five‑sense offerings that awaken beauty as bhakti.

      • A 7‑day Giving Plan you’ll likely continue after the journey.

      • Your own Ātma‑Bhajana (poem/song/art) as a keepsake of devotion.

    • Ātma Darśana — Sacred Seeing
      Self‑kindness, eligibility (adhikāra), mirror‑gaze practice.

    • Śṛṅgāra Sādhana — Adorning the Vessel
Salt bath/abhyanga, gentle spine flows, set up a reflection corner; tiny naivedya to the Inner Guest.

    • Bhāva & Fire — Emotional Alchemy
Befriending emotions, journaling, and a safe paper‑burn ritual for one insecurity.

    • Rasa Touches Rūpa — Sensory Refinement
The five offerings as sensory mindfulness (touch • fragrance • light • taste • sound).

    • Seva & Śakti — Overflow & Offering
A week of small dāna/seva acts; empathy practice.

    • Ātma Bhajana — Devotion to the Self
Archetypal “noble form”, praise and offering; Kula Śānti Kram to bless and seal the circle

    • 6 live sessions (75–90 min) with guided practice, Q&A, and gentle sharing.

    • Recordings for all sessions.

    • PDF practice sheets (mirror‑gaze, five offerings, salt bath/abhyanga, giving planner, journaling pages).

    • Audio practices (mirror‑gaze • loving‑kindness • five‑offerings).

    • A simple community thread for weekly prompts and support.

    • Cohort begins: Saturday, 1 November 2025 (Week 1 live).

Live sessions are on weekends in Europe/Stockholm time. If you can’t attend, follow the recordings at your own pace; the daily micro‑rituals are 5–15 minutes.

  • My journey with Tantra is deeply personal and profoundly humbling. Through Siddha Tantra Arts, I share openly from my experiences- not because I have perfected them, but because I have lived through their raw, authentic challenges. I often say, I write and teach so you can learn from my mistakes.

My experiences, combined with the grace of my Gurus, have enabled me to make the esoteric wisdom of the Kulluta Siddhas accessible and transformative for seekers around the world.

Tantra meets you precisely where you are. My role is simply to guide you gently into that liminal space where your being and Tantra intersect- beyond mere ritual or intellectual understanding. My hope is that through our shared exploration, you relax into your own path and enjoy the transformative ride.

  • Born into a Brahmin lineage rooted in Kubjika Tantra, Yoga, and Karmakand, I spent twelve years training under Himalayan Maha Siddhas in the traditions of Vajra Yogini Tantra. I was honoured with the Kaula Dandadhiikar, mandating me to teach. Teaching is lineage duty - but I feel it as grace and service.

Notably, my paternal aunts were all experts in Ḍāyan Vidyā, a form of negative witchcraft deeply rooted in Vajra Yogini Tantra. This early exposure had a profound influence on my spiritual orientation, naturally steering me towards the practices of Vajra Yogini as I matured.

Blessed by the Maha Siddhas of Himalaya, I was fortunate to be deemed worthy of receiving their profound wisdom and grace, further enhancing my spiritual journey.

I also offer Jwalamalini Vidya, a traditional shamanic Siddha healing art - guiding seekers through spiritual and energetic restoration.
